· Hosts & Property Managers – We might share data with hosts and managers to allow our guests to arrange access to our homes. Data shared will be:

o Full Name

o Name of the guests travelling with you

o Phone Number

o Email Address

· Channel Managers – The Major-Domo lists third parties properties. When you book on our website a property from another Holiday Let provider, they will automatically receive your data. This is crucial for what we do, in order to complete your reservation.

· In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

· If we are acquired, or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets; and/or

· If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use at themajor-domo.com and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our customers, or others.
